SNOW DAYS❄️❄️

Snowpocalypse 2016 has officially arrived. I honestly believed we got more ice than snow last night , but I couldn't resist the temptation to go out and play! The duck boots my mom got me for Christmas were made just for the occasion.

NEW YEARS DAY

Welcome 2016!
I hope everyone had a fun NYE, I kept my night pretty simple by watching movies until midnight.

The first morning of 2016, to start it off right, I made eggnog French toast

It was the easiest thing to make:

Leftover eggnog from Christmas- 3/4 cups
3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon of Cinnamon
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- dip Texas toast of any bread of your choosing and place in a frying pan or girdle

So yummy!

I also went ice skating later on that day with my best friend. We used to go to skate camp so it came back to me like riding a bike!

Christmas Day Plaid

I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday with family and friends.

For Christmas dinner, I wore my plaid dress from Kohl's Vera Wang Princess collection. It was the hit of the night. The dress was the perfect Christmassy fabric with a hint of glam with a gold sequin collar.

TWAS THE NIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS

diy

T-minus 2 hours before Christmas!
I already caught my mom wrapping a gift for me (she still tries to surprise me), but I was really more excited about baking cookies on my own, earlier this evening.

*** Tip when baking cutout cookies***

Put the cookies in the freezer before you bake them for about 20 minutes to make sure the cookies hold shape in the oven

Every year my mom gets a new ornament for me... this year it was my favorite: Little Dottie "Doc McStuffins"!

Although it's been said many times and many ways, Merry Christmas to you!
