It was the easiest thing to make:

Leftover eggnog from Christmas- 3/4 cups

3 eggs

1/2 teaspoon of Cinnamon 

1 tablespoon of sugar

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract 

- dip Texas toast of any bread of your choosing and place in a frying pan or girdle 

So yummy!

I also went ice skating later on that day with my best friend. We used to go to skate camp so it came back to me like riding a bike!
