BOOKS FOR PRE-MEDS
3:38 PMMy advisor told me that every pre-med should constantly be reading books about what it's like to be doctor. Books about the everyday duties and emotional consequences of the profession. Books that you've recently read or that inspired you are also great talking points in an interview and you would hate to be caught off guard if asked "what book(s) have you read lately?" With help from him and some that I found on my own, I comprised a list of books that I think that all pre-medical and medical students, or just people interested in the medical profession should take a look at!
Also let me know if you have some suggestions of books I don't mention! I'm an avid reader and I love a good book in my free time! (*I starred my favorites)
